I've had internet service for 4-5 years and I just recently found out there's a supposed @twc.com email address for spectrum customers. If true how does one initially set email up? If you are existing customer, you can go to Spectrum.net and select the options for email to set up new mailboxes. Are you trying to create a new mailbox or access an existing mailbox? At this time you can't change your email address in a sense of editing the name of it. You can add a sub account to your Spectrum email and then change it to be the primary email address and then delete the old one as an option.
